Our maintenance includes WordPress core updates, plugin updates, theme updates, daily security scans, uptime monitoring, performance optimization, and regular backups. We test everything on staging before pushing live.

We take security seriously. We sign NDAs when requested, implement best-practice security measures, and perform daily off-site backups with 90-day retention. Your data is safe with us.

003. Do you test updates before applying them?

Yes — all updates are tested on a staging environment first. We never push updates directly to your live site without testing. This prevents compatibility issues and downtime.

004. What happens if something breaks?

If an update causes an issue, we roll back immediately using our backup system. We monitor sites 24/7 and address critical issues as soon as they’re detected.

005. How often do you backup sites?

We perform daily automated backups stored off-site. Backups are retained for 90 days, so we can restore your site to any point within that period if needed.
