At DevHush Office, we are committed to delivering high-quality white-label development services that meet and exceed your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, credits, or service modifications may be requested.

As a service-based business providing digital development work, traditional “returns” do not apply in the conventional sense. Instead, we offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee and revision policy to ensure you receive the quality you expect.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project cancellation before work has commenced (100% refund)
  • Significant deviation from agreed project specifications that cannot be resolved through revisions
  • Failure to deliver within the agreed timeline (unless delays are caused by client-side factors)
  • Technical issues that render the deliverables unusable and cannot be rectified
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Note: Refunds are not available for completed and approved work, change of mind after project completion, or third-party service costs already incurred on your behalf.

Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to utilize our comprehensive revision policy:

  • Unlimited Revisions: Most of our packages include unlimited revisions within the project scope
  • Revision Timeline: Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt
  • Scope Clarity: Revisions must align with the original project brief and specifications

We find that most concerns can be resolved through our revision process, resulting in a final product that fully meets your expectations.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at refunds@devhushoffice.com with your project details and reason for the refund request
  2. Provide Documentation: Include relevant project files, communication records, and specific issues encountered
  3. Review Period: Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. Resolution Discussion: We may propose alternative solutions such as revisions, credits, or partial refunds
  5. Final Decision: You will receive a written response with our decision and next steps

Refund Amounts & Calculations

Refund amounts are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Pre-Commencement Cancellation: 100% refund of project fees
  • Early-Stage Cancellation: Refund minus costs for work already completed (typically 25-50%)
  • Mid-Project Cancellation: Prorated refund based on deliverables completed
  • Post-Delivery Issues: Partial refund or service credits based on issue severity

Third-party costs (hosting, domains, premium plugins, stock assets) already purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the following timelines apply:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution
  • PayPal/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days (subject to network conditions)

You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may have additional processing times.

Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits as an alternative to monetary refunds:

  • Credits can be applied to future projects or additional services
  • Service credits are typically offered at 110-125% of the refund value
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Service credits are a great option if you plan to continue working with us and want additional value from your investment.

Subscription & Retainer Cancellations

For ongoing subscription or retainer arrangements:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice; no refund for the current billing period
  • Annual Subscriptions: Prorated refund available within the first 90 days; no refund after 90 days
  • Retainer Hours: Unused hours may be carried forward or refunded based on your agreement terms
  • Early Termination: Early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement

Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Rush fees or expedited delivery charges for completed work
  • Consultation fees for strategy sessions already conducted
  • Custom assets created specifically for your project (logos, graphics, content)
  • Third-party licenses, subscriptions, or purchases made on your behalf
  • Training sessions or workshops already delivered
  • Domain registrations or hosting setup fees

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  1. Request a secondary review by our senior management team
  2. Engage in mediation through a mutually agreed third-party mediator
  3. Pursue arbitration as outlined in our Terms and Conditions
